    We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service that was booked. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time. However, you will still be charged the full price of the service that was booked.
